The rooms were large and perfect with a terrace kept by the HELPFUL staff. The service was excellent with parking next to the hotel.

Had peaceful location in good area of the city...

The hotel was in a magnificent location, in good area of the city. Moreover, it's near to the centre of the old town as well as the center and cathedral.

The hotel staff was very unfriendly.

I greatly enjoyed its competent employees.

The room itself was nicely decorated with a terrace. The location was peaceful and magnificent, for example, St Peter Cathedral was at a short distance from the hotel.

This place was wonderful and bright for a honeymoon trip. The breakfast had lots of options and included cheese and meats. The restaurant here was pretty good at the ground floor, we both ordered appetising dishes. The staff were helpful from arrival to departure. The public parking was next to the hotel, excellent service. The building itself was lovely with a lovely garden.

Location: the hotel was very close to Very close to the centre of the city, the old center, and bus / taxi. And it was not too far from Taverna Stefanos, ate there couple of times. I was here for 1 night and ate at a la carte restaurant at the ground floor.

Great location near highways and the Old Town. Delicious local cuisine. Well-isolated rooms for a peaceful stay. Limited parking provided. Helpful and English-speaking staff.

The restaurant and bar were nice, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and the shower had good pressure. The hotel was located near public transportation and within walking distance of some attractions.

Our romantic getaway was ruined by the constant noise of renovations going on in the hotel. There were no signs indicating how to get to the hotel through the construction, which made it difficult to navigate.

The hotel is situated near the city center and has good transportation. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and modern. The food in the pub downstairs is great and has a nice atmosphere.

The hotel was situated in a great spot and we could easily walk to several restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and allowed for plenty of natural light. We appreciated the complementary coffee offered in the lobby which helped us to wind down after a day of sightseeing.

Our stay wasn't as enjoyable as we had hoped. The bed was uncomfortable and gave us both trouble sleeping throughout the night.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - reasonably near the town centre and very close to the city bus. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to help and had a good knowledge of English. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had nice fresh linen. It was clear that they had been recently redone as everything looked brand new. I was impressed with the value for money, prices, attention to detail, and basic amenities provided by this hotel.

No significant issues, everything was okay.

The hotel isn't very near to the city center, but it is reasonably near and well-connected with the city bus. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is satisfying and there are plenty of lovely places to eat around.

The beds aren't that comfortable, and the bathrooms have a musty smell.
